Over the last decades, Astine Consulting has experienced in its digital transformation journey the evolution -- from traditional design-build approach to modern design-build-manage using BIM processes, industrialised building and modular construction technology, digital twin and advanced IoT and AI technology. It has been a 20+ year journey of digitisation and digitalisation of the operations and processes with the design-to-build and operate work models, leading to our progress and expertise in building data-driven ecosystems for facility management and asset management.

Although it has not been easy, our aspiration to do pioneering BIM work in Malaysia has paid off. Today, progressing forward, we are able to grow with our expertise in BIM management - to evolve to being a Digital Twin platform builder with our AECO partners across the Design-Build-Manage phases. With digital twin as an increasingly powerful technology in today's growing IoT-powered AI solutions, we realise that digital twin building is set to become a necessity, especially in the facility management industry.
